This is a unique space at is great for big family that would like to spend time together but would also enjoy their own private space.
This Cottage has 5 rooms, living, dining, kitchen, 2 full washroom.

==>Coffee (Kure and Drip Coffee Makers )
==>All basic Kitchen utensils, Fridge, HD TV (with Fire stick)
==>BBQ (Propene)
==>2 kayak, 1 canoe, 1 Paddle boat included in rent.
==>We provide blankets/comforter from September 15 to June 15th.
==>We do not provide Towel.
==>Every room has fan.
==>Wifi (Satellite internet-->upto 25 mpbs speed)
==>Maximum 3 Vehicle parking.
==>One PET is allowed on the property with extra fees.

👉🦟**Please be prepared/safeguard against bugs. During summer mosquitos, black flies everywhere in Muskoka and they bite.

👉 Please note, it's a traditional Cottage in wood area, please expect some falling leaves on deck. And when you're going in/out some bugs may fly inside cottage if you are not careful enough.

****We use a septic system so we ask that you use only the toilet paper. All other products such as feminine products and dental floss should be disposed of in the bathroom garbage.

- No jerks allowed
- No illegal substances or underage drinking
- Quiet after 11PM
- No fire works
- Fire is allowed only on designated Fire Pit.

1. Smoking is totally prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside the house, please don't throw the cigarette-buds randomly, collect it and put it in the garbage bin when safe.
2. We don't allow private/commercial uncontrolled party at the house.
3. Number of guest must not exceed than declared

* Please clean BBQ MACHINE after using. Do not left behind the machine uncleaned. We do basic cleaning after guests' use, you have to do a optimum clean by yourself.

We expect you to follow the house rules strictly and keep the house clean and tidy when left. If you left the house messy and unclean, it could cost you a penalty charges.

=====Kayak/Canoe/Paddle Boat==
* You need to put back Kayak, Canoe and Paddle boat back to stand (up side down) after every use.
* Don't leave those on water un-attended.

***GARBAGE DISPOSAL, ZERO TOLERANCE ****
⚠️Please note that we have been getting fine from the city for the last couple of weeks and it is not acceptable at all! 🚫🚫🚫

✅️All of the following different types of GARBAGE bags are required to be disposed of in the proper place: near to 148 Keith Road (see picture below for clarity)

❌️Failure to follow this cost you $100 penalty.

👉Black bag: only 1 (Garbage) – inside the big garbage bin
👉Clear bags: max 2 (Recycle-->paper, can, bottle (plastic and glass) only) – leave it outside of the big garbage bin
👉Composed bag: max 3 (only composed item, must be disposed off inside the green organic containers which is in front of our big garbage bin)
