All bedrooms have new mattresses with luxury bedding and a high quality linen, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding ).
Out back fully fenced backyard with a gorgeous saltwater heated pool along with a tanning ledge and 2 floating luxury lounges, expansive patio with outdoor kitchen and grill.

All eleven of us loved staying in the house! The little ones enjoyed all of the toys in the house and all of the sand toys for the beach as well as the pool. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner. She was responsive and helpful. We would go back there in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for a Christmas vacation to Sarasota. Very modern clean home that was perfect for 3 families with children of all ages, adults and grandparents. The pool provided much evening entertainment and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very helpful and communicated with us before and during the trip. Highly recommend this home.
