Beautiful , Lake Front, luxury Orlando vacation home next to Disney World. This elegant 3 bed, 2 bath condo has two King bedrooms that have direct access to the large screened in patio/balcony with table and chairs that overlooks Sun Lake! Wake up to fantastic sun rises! The master bath has a jetted tub to relax any sore muscles that have been exerted walking the local theme parks! All bedrooms will have a TV. The living room has plenty of seating to relax when home from the attractions and a 55 inc LED TV. There is a computer with high speed internet so you can map out your destinations in the area. The kitchen is open and spacious and would be great to use for cooking meals at home. This luxury home also has tile flooring throughout the common areas. Sun Lake is a gated community that is located just off of Hwy 192, with the quickest possible access to Disney. It features a relaxing pool and hot tub area, an exercise room, a game room with air hockey, a pool table and tennis courts.

We stayed at this property in October of 2021 and enjoyed our stay there, so when we planned another visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth", we booked a stay here again. The property was just a nice in August of 2025 as it was in 2021. The kitchen is nicely stocked, there were some snacks, coffee pods and tea bags for our use. Everything was clean and bright, just as we remembered it. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay within a 10 - 15-minute drive to Disney World. Carlos is a very fine host!

Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful. The home was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The furnishings were not only comfortable but thoughtfully selected to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated the extra supplies provided, which made our stay even more convenient.One of the biggest advantages was the property's proximity to the Disney parks—just a short drive away, which made getting to and from the parks each day incredibly easy. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

When we checked in to the condo, the condo had not been cleaned from the prior visitors. I contacted the owner and he was very apologetic. The cleaning lady had cleaned the wrong condo that day. An honest mistake. The cleaning lady arrived later that evening and cleaned the condo while we were there. The owner offered to refund us the cleaning fee from our stay, and he did refund us after our trip. The condo was nice and met our needs in a good location. I would recommend it to friends/family.

This unit was in a nice quiet area, conveniently located to the parks.
A couple items to be aware of. We could hear the people next door into the night while trying to go to bed. That is to be expected in an apartment style unit, just not something we are used to.
Also, we had no running water in either shower. Some quick thinking by my husband and we discovered the hot water heater was turned off. Worked great once we had it turned on, but the water heater was loud, even with the laundry room door shut. I can see why they’d turn it off when not in use, but a heads up would have been great.
Overall, the property served its purpose. Definitely more dated than other similar units but would stay here again.
