About this house rental
Located on a quiet private road, the Luna del Lago Luxury home features panoramic lake views, large wrap around deck overlooking the lake with hot tub, cathedral ceilings, rock fireplace, gourmet kitchen with commercial range and granite countertops, and furniture appointments typically not seen in vacation rental homes. The downstairs bedroom acts as an extra family room to help spread out a group.
*For weddings and family reunion groups, the vacation home is next door to the Eagles Perch Vacation Cabin.
**Please note the stairs leading down to the downstairs bedroom and sitting area are relatively steep so may not be advised for elderly or people with access issues.
Also, the cold air return for the furnace is on this lower level, so it creates some white noise in the space.
All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Well stocked kitchen and beautiful view. A couple comments about the bedroom located downstairs: One of the windows needs a window treatment. Even with the curtains separating the sleeping and living area, it was very bright since Even though the curtains separated the sleeping and living areas, the room was very bright because the sun rises on that side of the window. The furnace was really loud when running which made sleeping soundly challenging.

This lovely home is exactly as advertised. We loved everything about it. Great location, excellent very equipped kitchen, amazing views from every room. Nice warm fireplace and comfortable furniture and beds. The property managers were excellent and offered perfect communication and were very responsive. a

Our family of five had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-appointed luxury home with a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe. Our hosts at Agate Realty were extremerly attentive. They made sure we arrived safely, stayed in touch during our stay, and responded right away when we needed help checking out. This will be our first choice on our next trip to the Lake.
