Summary:
Welcome to Marina Cottage, a beautifully renovated home in downtown Baileys Harbor, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This spacious, one-story ranch is situated on a beautiful, semi-private lot surrounded by trees.
The Space:
It includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living spaces and ample parking. Marina Cottage has a large attached garage with 48A Tesla wall charger and additional parking for two vehicles inside. The 1/2 acre outdoor space includes a patio for entertaining, a propane grill, an 8-foot picnic bench, large lawn for games or relaxing, and a fire pit area with seating for six. Across the street is a brand new playground area, perfect for families to enjoy but far enough that it's not noisy.
Marina Cottage is air conditioned in the main living space and two bedrooms, includes central heating throughout and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. This home was fully renovated in 2022 with new kitchen, bathrooms, woodwork, furniture, appliances and technology. All living spaces include Samsung SmartTVs plus a soundbar in the main living space for cinema or music.

+ Wi-Fi (due to the rural nature of the property, internet and cell service can vary)
+ 4 Smart TVs (living room and each bedroom). Guests may log in using their own accounts. All TV's have USB and HDMI cable extensions if guests would like to plug in own Roku/FireStick or similar.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
Property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
There are also two cameras on the outside of this home: one on the front doorbell and another on the garden, security light. These are used for security purposes when the property is empty and are not monitored when the home is occupied.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.

Situated opposite Kendall Park and the public library, Marina Cottage is centrally located on a residential street. It is the perfect private holiday spot in the center of town! Property is across the street from a brand new Baileys Harbor playground area, perfect for families.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything in Baileys Harbor and just a short drive to other Door County spots. A few small notes: there was a load of towels in the dryer when we arrived, no sheets on the beds, and no property guide available, so instructions for things like the fireplace would’ve been helpful. The host responded after about a day, which worked fine since nothing was urgent. The king beds were a bit firm but still comfortable and sturdy—no squeaks! Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

This home was perfect for our trip to Door County. The location is fabulous. The layout of the home is great for privacy and hanging out together. Very nice outdoor space as well. The only thing we found that was different from the listing, was there's only two single beds, not three. It worked out fine for our group. We would definately stay here again.
