About this house rental
TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. New furniture in living room. Flat screen TV. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.
Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and a TV. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, TV, and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.
Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

tl,dr: view was nice, interior lacking. Bring everything you need. Overpriced for the stay, ok for the view.The view was great and plenty of seating on the porch to enjoy. The beach access was very close, just down the steps and straight on. Had an issue at check in as the owner didn’t have our name in for the rental, so we couldn’t get into the campground until she corrected our information. Would have been fine with me but it was my parents who arrived first, so they were in a bit of a panic, as I made the booking. The owner did respond quickly, but nonetheless a rough start. The pots and pans in the kitchen were small, we had to buy a frying pan to cook bacon. House could definitely use some repairs. Flooring is starting to peel up. One of the stair treads going to the upstairs bedrooms was not attached, or poorly attached. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, and we didn’t find the hand towels until checkout. The sitting area in the living room is only enough for 5, and you sink into the couch. Overall this was a decent place to stay. View was great, interior was meh.

The ocean view is spectacular! The location overall is great! Our complaint was with the floors of this house. A stair was unsecured causing a slip, and the floors throughout were terrible. Laminate flooring is supposed to be tight and these have gaps over 1/2 throughout the living room and kitchen making it hard to keep swept. The stove also is an issue as one burner doesn't work, one burner only works on high due to its apparent age. The golf cart was great, but the brake pedal does stick. The caretaker answered immediately both times we needed to contact her and handled things immediately. In my opinion, the house is definitely over priced for its condition.
