The spacious, state-of-the-art chef's kitchen is equipped with a full-sized stainless-steel fridge and freezer, range with gas heat, full-size dishwasher, Italian mahogany-rubbed cabinetry and beautiful quartz countertops. Bar stool seating or the full-sized dining table offer a relaxing space to savor a home-cooked meal prepared by you or our unique chef-in-residence service.
The property also features a plush living room with a flat screen TV and a full cable lineup. Pipe your favorite music throughout your condo using the premium Bose sound system. The guest and master bedrooms each offer a plush king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed with imported linens and modern wood-frame furniture. Overall, my stay was very good. The property is on the ocean, and I would rate it as being first class. However, the unit I was in did not face the water. The Hyatt staff and the Hyatt side of the property were outstanding. What do I mean by this? Hyatt will not deal with any issue concerning the unit/apartment. You have to contact the host, Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Upon check in, I did contact Gulf Coast Vacation rentals and talked to Marge. She was very helpful. Thank You Marge. The unit itself had Top of the Line furniture, fixtures and appliances. There were a few issues, the clothes dryer was very noisy and needs to be repaired. The other issue is the entertainment center in the living room. There was a wall mounted TV, Bose speakers, a DVD player, some sort of electronic box and 3 large remote controllers. There were not any instructions concerning any of these items. I attempted to use these items without success. I ended up watching TV in the bedroom. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will probably return

The condo provided excellent space for our family, however there was some wear and tear. Some things needed attention. We loved the location and the amenities.
