Welcome to the Boujee Pelican, perfectly perched on a corner lot to offer unobstructed views of the ship channel and front row seats to amazing sunsets.
Located near the dog park and the birding center, Boujee Pelican is true to its name. It offers parking for up to 6 vehicles (or 2 vehicles and a boat trailer up to 21 feet in length), and it's in the golf cart zone. Enjoy outdoor seating and dining in the front drive as well. Or go on into the downstairs area and enjoy a game room, stackable laundry, half bath and an extra refrigerator for all of your beach snacks and drinks.
Head upstairs to enter the main floor of Boujee Pelican; however, the seats awaiting your arrival will pull you in to watch the ships pass by in the ship channel or if the sun is setting, it will take your breath away. As you enter Boujee Pelican, you'll see that it has been professionally designed, finished and furnished for guests who want to stay in luxury, beauty and comfort on your Port Aransas Beach Vacation.
The well stocked kitchen is made for those who love to cook with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine. The bar is perfect for those who love to stay out of the kitchen but who want to enjoy some summertime drinks while watching others cook or relax in the living area.
The living space is extremely comfortable, and it offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. There is a hallway full bathroom. For the 2 bedrooms, you'll have a Queen Bed with twin over twin bunk bed, and the 2nd bedroom is a private King Bedroom Ensuite with private bathroom. Every room offers guests the perfect detail, comfort and style of being a home away from home with a luxury feel.
As beautiful and comfortable as the interior offers guests, you'll fall in love with the backyard space, with a large private pool, a cabana covered seating with party lights, and a fish cleaning station. It's hard to beat the outdoor space at Boujee Pelican.

- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

My husband and I rented this house and brought our 1 year old dog along. The house is just as displayed on the pictures. It was very clean and very well stocked with amenities. The house is a little small on the inside but it was a perfect size for us and our needs. We really enjoyed the big wrap around porch and the backyard was roomy with a nice big pool. We unfortunately did not use the pool due to the weather but it would be nice and refreshing during the warmer months. The owners were very responsive and checked in on us upon arrival, during our stay and departure. The house is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to the local dog park, bird sanctuary, and close to the golf cart rental place where we rented a golf cart. The house is very close to restaurants and a little over than a 10 minute ride to the beaches. I would highly recommend the house and would stay here again.

Pet-friendly, comfortable furniture and bed, good shower, downstairs living area with refrigerator and 1/2 bath was very convenient to the pool area and hanging out.

Boujee Pelican is a wonderful place to stay. Located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pool is well maintained and a welcome retreat after the beach. We had two pups with us and the fencing around the pool worked great for them. The online pics and description accurately portrayed the property. It’s very nice and we plan to return in a few months. Bring bug spray as the mosquitos are vicious by the pool. They were not bad on the upper patio as the wind deterred them. The decor is fun and beachy but not overdone. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Directions on working appliances and tv are easy to follow. The management company had good communication prior to our stay. I gave the them 4 stars because I did not hear back from them on a text that reported the outdoor stair lighting was out. I feel that is a safety hazard and should have been addressed quickly. Other than that, they did a good job.

Perfect for our group of four adults. Dog friendly. Very close to the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the second floor deck and had a great time using the pool throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
