Nestled in the quiet neighborhoods on North Pacific Beach, this single-family, three story home offers open-concept living, spacious rooms, and a number of outdoor areas for all to enjoy. With two ground floor patio areas, second floor balconies, and third floor wrap-around roof deck, the options are endless with the ultimate indoor/outdoor San Diego lifestyle we all crave. The kitchen features high-end appliances, upgraded finishings, and extended countertop space to get creative in the kitchen and cook up your favorite meal. Just a quick stroll to local restaurants and shops or a brisk walk to the beach. The location is hard to beat!

This is a three story home with multiple sets of stairs.
The third floor bedroom is a converted loft and does not have a door.
There is not direct access from the garage into the home.
There is a detached, private, 1 bedroom unit behind (south) of this home that we rent out separately. Guests of this unit MAY enter from our front gate on Sapphire St to walk down to their unit (above the garage). There is no other shared space with this unit.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish! Pre-check-in communication & payment was clear & straightforward. We requested early check-in for a small (well worth-it!) fee. The directions for the garage & house entry were extremely easy to follow. The front patio area was perfectly landscaped and we loved the pretty purple flowers by the gate. Inside, the house was well-appointed, beautifully decorated, & immaculate. Our multigenerational group appreciated the large kitchen/great room, which had high-end appliances and comfortable seating. Although we didn't cook any meals, we noticed a nice assortment of spices in the pantry. We did make good use of the coffee pot (combo pod/regular) & blender! We also noticed some board games in the closet, although we didn't have time to play:)The bedrooms were lovely, & everyone said the beds were very comfortable. Note the the downstairs bedroom does not have a closet, but there is a closet right outside the door that worked great. The bathrooms were *very* clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. We had plenty of towels & there are beach towels in the hall closet on the 2nd floor. We did not have time to use the rooftop deck on the 3rd floor, but it looked so inviting with seating around a fire pit and a view of the ocean. The unit has garage parking (in a very clean garage) for 1 car. Our other car had no issues finding street parking within a block of the house. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay was excellent. The house is modern, bright, clean, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked. It is a 2 block walk to the beach. The rooftop patio is comfortable and a great place to relax, read, and enjoy sunsets. Having a garage to park in is really helpful, and outdoor shower convenient to be able to rinse off my surfboard and wetsuit. We can't wait to stay again!
