Clean room great host spacious

Overall, a comfortable property, a few things that should be addressed. The washer does not spin on any setting, and the dryer turns off with sopping wet (no spin cycle) clothes after about 10 minutes. I asked the owner about this and was told to make sure the door was closed. Clearly, as a 42-year-old mom of 3, I'm very aware of how to wash a load of laundry. The kitchen lacked basic items; the coffee pot was a big one. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and needed to be washed. No dish towels provided. Had to purchase garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and a few carpet tack strips could be felt when walking into a room over the threshold. Kids really enjoyed the community pool area, not so much the one at the house; it was cold, and it's an extra charge for the heat to be turned on (totally ok if told ahead of time that it had a minimum amount of time and notified prior to booking). Same with the grill, it would have been nice to know prior to booking that it was going to be an extra charge to use it.

the only thing the down stairs room, its hot on the nights, i dont now why, cause in rest of the house its soo good , and cant beleive we dont find a coffee maker, in the house. the rest its soo perfect.

Condo location and overall condition good. The hairdryer in the master bedroom didn't work. A few more items in the kitchen and bathroom (i.e. designated kitchen towels, and more dishwasher tabs, Kleenex for the bathrooms) would have been greatly appreciated!
