This unit offers stunning lake and mountain views, along with a spacious private balcony perfect for sunset watching. It features a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and a partial kitchen. As part of a larger home (guest suite), the unit has its own entrance at the back. Inside, there's a queen bed, sofa, coffee table, and TV, with an optional twin floor mattress available. Conveniently located 20-25 minutes from San Diego's top attractions, it's an ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration.
The thermostat is usually set to around 70°F. If you'd like to adjust the temperature, feel free to message me, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours and maintain noise levels that are considerate of other occupants in the home.
Parking for the studio is on the street. There's usually plenty of street parking.
Access the unit by taking the right side gate and taking the external stairs to the balcony. The large balcony is for your exclusive use. Please park on the street (not the driveway)

I had an amazing stay. The owner is very nice and accommodating when it comes to air conditioning.It does get cold, and you can't control the AC yourself; you do have to text him to change it for you. The only issue is that the door doesn't lock completely. It may seem like it's locked, but after locking it, just push down twice, and it will unlock itself. So women be careful. Luckily my downstairs neighbors kept to themselves so I didn't have any problems.The view is beautiful, and it’s a very romantic spot for a couple's getaway.
