Located in the charming « bo-bo » ( Bourgeois-Bohème) neighbourhood of Canal St Martin, situated in central Paris, this four-bedroom apartment will offer you a real Parisian experience.
This 3rd floor Hausmanian apartment 160m2 / 1600 sq ft with elevator has all the original features, high ceilings oak parquets floors, beautiful mouldings and antique marble chimneys.
The entrance hall leads to a spacious and luminous living room with two large sofas, the modern kitchen is fully equiped ( dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, gaz cooking plaques, fridge, kitchen ustensils…)
with a large dining table that seats 10 people.
There are four double bedrooms, 2 of them with king size beds (180x200cm) and individuals luxurious bathrooms with bath tub, italian shower sink and toilet.
The two other bedrooms with a queen sized beds (160x200cm) share a smaller shower room with toilet and a sink.
There is a laundry room, TV, Wifi and fans.This apartment with it’s fine decoration and spacious rooms will offer you a real taste of Parisian luxe !
The area is well known for its upcoming fashion boutiques, traditional local grocery stores including one of Paris’s best Boulangeries (bakery ) and many delicious restaurants and bars.
The Marais area is within walking distance, and the subway will get you easily around Paris. Métro station Republique ( 3 mns from the apartment ) Lines : 3, 11, 9, 5, 8 Station Gare de l’est (10 mns from the apartment ) Lines : 5, 7, 4Station Gare du nord ( 15 mns from the apartment) Eurostar, Thalys terminals and RER B which leads to Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

My family and I loved staying at this comfortable and inviting apartment. We enjoyed sitting around the large round dining table with dinner or breakfast food from the many nearby shops. Always a treat. We used the metro each day as we explored Paris and were happy to arrive home each evening to relax.Matt always responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. Great apartment for families!

Lovely and comfortable apartment with a great Parisian feel. In a nice location near to Canal, shops and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend for a family or friend get together.
