Your gourmet kitchen is updated top-to-bottom and it is impressive! The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more! It has a beach view as well.
The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and has more seating at the bar for 2. Step into the Seagull's Hideaway Guest bedroom and relax on the two full sized beds. High thread count linens ensure you enjoy a good night's rest. Step into the Seagull's Hideaway Guest Bath and make use of the single vanity and walk-in shower. The Seagull's Hideaway bathroom can be accessed from the guest bedroom and hallway.

Loved the home, even saw doldphins jumping in the water from the deck. One thing needs to be changed is that there is a fee for almost everything, even to use the exercise room

We bring the family to PCB each year. This was our first stay at Edgewater. The condo, view, and property were excellent. We will certainly consider this property for next years retreat. Thanks!!!

Beautiful condo at Edgewater Beach Resort!!! Gorgeous views of the beach and pool area. Would definitely love to stay in this condo again.

The kitchen totally lack being equipped with everything you need. K-cups were left for us to use —- no Keurig in unit. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. No large cooking pots —— literally the largest one was a 2 quart sauce pan. All small appliances and utensils need to be replaced. Outside - 2 nice chairs. All other chairs plastic upright stackable dollar tree chairs. For the cost of this unit the kitchen and outside seating was a total fail.
