This is our first cabin stay and Sergio has set the bar pretty high for our next stay now :-). There are a lot of small conveniences beyond what has been described - a set of marshmallows for roasting, multiple types of cables for charging devices, an umbrella in case of rain (which is pretty frequent in the season), a few additional beach chairs in case needed, extra sets of pillows and the list goes on. These are well thought through and have proven extremely helpful.
We had a lot of questions, this being our first trip and responses were prompt and to the point. We even got additional recommendations on places around to visit.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for cabins in this area. Its secluded with enough privacy but not too far from the road. We've parked three cars with no issues. TVs are there in three levels, along with bluetooth enabled speakers in the balcony. All the amenities shown are working with no glitches.
Kudos to the host for the awesome maintenance and support.

We had a wonderful stay at the Smokies Overlook Lodge. The beds are very comfortable and the home has everything you want in a mountain getaway. The hot tub and sauna were the PERFECT way to end a day of skiing and the kids LOVED the game room. Thank you.
