Set behind your own private front door, this charming home is arranged across four floors, each with its own dedicated space, all connected by a striking spiral staircase that makes the layout feel both unique and special.
It truly is a unique property in terms of its layout, because each room gets its own floor, and you get your own front door with the number 24 and a half on it - a sign of the delightful quirkiness that awaits you within. Let's show you:
Living Area (Ground Floor)
Step straight into a comfortable and stylish living space, perfect for relaxing after a day in London. Enjoy the large sofa by the bay window or unwind in one of the armchairs with a film or a book.
Kitchen & Dining (Lower Ground Floor)
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home, along with a dining table ideal for meals or working on a laptop. A cloakroom with WC is also located on this floor.
Bedroom (First Floor)
A calm and inviting bedroom featuring a double bed with quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Bathroom (Top Floor)
A standout feature of the home, the top-floor bathroom includes a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and skylights that fill the space with natural light — perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

GETTING AROUND
Sloane Square London Underground station is about a ten minute walk from the apartment. It's served by District and Circle Line trains and can quickly link you to places such as Notting Hill, Paddington, Victoria, Westminster and many locations in the City of London.
Numerous bus routes serve the King's Road (the next road up from Smith Terrace) so you'll have plenty of options if you fancy seeing London from inside a red double decker. Or, if you prefer, you can hail black taxis. You shouldn't have to wait long to find an available cab on the King's Road.

Our standard check-in procedure is self-check in via key collection nearby, but If you would like someone to meet you at the home to show you in we can organise that for a £20 fee.
The stores we use are usually no longer than a 5-10 minute walk and we always try to make it as convenient as possible!

Responsive communication and ease of check in were flawless. My husband and I enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. The street was quiet yet only a stone’s throw to the King’s Road and Sloane Square. The location was certainly an asset for us.
We expected the spiral staircase to be a challenge but also to define the property as quirky! That was certainly the case. But the space and location outweighed the inconvenience of the stairs in our minds.
The only real downside was the mild mildew smell on the first two floors. The bedroom was not affected by the oder.
As far as improvement suggestions go, the bedroom could benefit from small wall mounted shelves flanking the bed. Guests due need a place for phones, water, glasses etc.
