About this apartment rental
We are just putting the finishing touches on this smart and serene studio. Surrounded by gardens and nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood, you will love this cozy little home away from home. Soft Parachute brand linens, heated bathroom floor, soaking tub, smart TV, and WIFI - this space was designed for comfort, relaxation, and convenience. It has everything you need from a dedicated off-street parking space, to brand new washer/dryer in unit, and a fully functional kitchenette. Welcome!
The studio has dedicated, off-street parking, beyond which is a short, lighted garden path leading to your door. Keyless entry is a breeze. Light-diffusing roller blinds offer complete privacy, or open them up to take in views of the surrounding gardens. Help youself to herbs, figs, and strawberries when in season. Enjoy french press coffee on your small, private deck and enjoy the sunrise which gently illuminates the surrounding garden. This is my favorite spot on the property!
You will have a dedicated parking space and fully-appointed, private guest studio.
My family and I live just a few minutes down the road. We recently moved to another home, but wanted to stay in this neighborhood we love so much! Either I or my husband Tucker will be available if anything comes up.
This is a quiet suburban neighborhood in SE Everett, which is perfectly located to explore everything the Puget Sound Region has to offer.

10 minutes from the Mill Creek Town Center
Very convenient to grocery stores: Costco, Safeway, Central Market, Sprouts, Trader Joes, Target and more all within 2-10 minutes.
Dedicated off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Car-dependant area but bus lines are available and the neighborhood is pleasant for walking.

We had a personal situation affect our ability to stay the full time. Heather was fair and respectful in the way she handled our needs. The place is exceptionally clean and set up perfectly. Her communication was top notch. Definitely recommend this place.
