Accommodates 4 with a queen bed and 2 single beds. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 31) . Grab your beach gear and take a short walk to watch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, look for seashells, or go for a swim in the surf! There is no elevator at Surfside By the Sea I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Great location! Close to beach/ access. They handled a maintenance issue right away. It was fine for a quick weekend! One tip would be good to know, even though they give you the digit key code by email, that they require you to pick up parking passes at Realtor’s office, if not before 6pm, they will put it in a box outside. I did read that if you arrive after 6pm, you have to go back the next day to sign the rules/charges by 12pm. I don’t understand why they just don’t leave the rules and parking passes in the condo for you. The condo needs painted and better drapery. The linen service doesn’t supply hand towels, and few wash clothes. Bring extra toilet paper and your own tissues.

Overall great stay. Side note to have back up toilet paper, we had three females in the house. Also, dish washer soap.
