About this villa rental
Villa Eugenia is situated in old olive grows and vineyards and offers a wonderful holiday close to the Adriatic sea and the nearby mountains.
Its panoramic view is spectacular and 10 min away from sandy beaches or hidden bays. The villa is fully equipped and has 1 large living room with terraces and chimney, kitchen, WIFI and bathroom.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with a very large bathroom and A/C.
Bed and beac linen will be provided.
Not only families with children enjoy very much the private pool for exclusive use.
All kind of shopping is nearby (1km), supermarkets (6km).

Had a pleasent stay in Villa Eugene, House had a spacious layout nice terrace and beautiful views. Wolfgang and Daniella were friendly and helpful.
Beaches of nice little resort Francavilla are 15 minutes away, a supermarket in the village has most of what you need.
We had some bad luck with the pool, cleaneness of water diminished over the week and could not be really handled when we were there. Airco is in one room on topfloor and is supposed to cool down al rooms on topfloor. This is not really working during hot August and July months and there are no ventilators to help out.
All in all comfortable house which we recommend and definitely would stay again.
