Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked.

Overall a pleasant stay. One slight issue which should be addressed is the downstairs bathroom had a slight odor of sewage. This should be corrected for the cost of this property.

The house is lovely and the neighborhood quiet but well located. Janet was so helpful and quick to answer our questions.
