Location Description
This condo community is located within 10 minutes of Bagnell Dam Strip and 20 minutes from Osage Beach. By water, the condo has a main channel view of the 2 Mile Marker as the boats venture to and from the dam. The cove location allows for safe boating and docking for those who wish to experience the lake by water.
Getting There
A Wave From It All can be reached by all hard surface roads with main highway access throughout most of the drive. The location is less than 3 hours from Kansas City or St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas. The closest international airport is in Kansas City with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. LakeDays Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Out of all of the places we’ve stayed on the lake over the years, this condo was the most beautiful and cleanest place we’ve experienced. The view from the condo was beautiful. The pictures of the condo on the site are exactly what you can expect in person. I had 2 questions for the host along the way and both were responded to promptly, letting us move on with enjoying our vacation. This place was a 10/10 and will be our number one choice to rent again for future visits.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything to make our stay go smoothly. Everything we needed was there. The views were amazing! Very relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors! Would very much recommend staying at this condo!

We enjoyed our Fourth of July at this property at the lake of the Ozarks. The pool was beautiful and clean. Our condo unit was spacious, nicely, decorated and very clean! Very nice screened in deck/veranda! Parking can be a little challenging. And watch out for the deer there are lots of deer on the road to and from. A nice place to stay and awesome location!
