HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS
Guests are provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper upon check-in. For longer stays, additional supplies will need to be purchased.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days before departure. Guests are kindly asked to leave it where it has been placed.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Landscape vendors access the backyard once per week.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. Please Note: Sedona Area Roadwork Advisory (June – Fall 2026): The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is executing a pavement preservation project on State Route 179 between the Red Rock Ranger Station and Chapel Road. From mid-June 2026 through Fall 2026, overnight construction will reduce traffic to a single lane with alternating north and southbound travel between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM (Sunday night through Friday morning). While all travel restrictions are lifted during the daytime, we highly recommend planning for potential delays if you anticipate driving through the Village of Oak Creek area during these late-night or early-morning hours.

This home was just perfect for my husband and I to get away in Sedona! The views were fabulous, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do!

This was a fantastic house, perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. Very comfortable, pretty outdoor space with hott tub, and ample beds for everyone. Only tip would be there needs to be at least one light outside of the garage near the parking area that can be turned on. It is extremely dark out there. We would gladly return to this house.

We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues that felt misleading and poorly handled.First, the listing advertises a king bed, but it is actually a queen bed, which was frustrating since we specifically booked based on that detail. Accuracy in listings is important.When we arrived, the water heater was not adjusted for lodging, and everyone had to take cold showers at the beginning of our stay. After notifying the VRBO property management, the response felt short and dismissive rather than helpful, which added to the frustration.The living room has a very large window with no curtains or coverings at all. This made the space extremely hot during the day and uncomfortable at night, as it felt exposed and lacked privacy.We also noticed a significant amount of ants, which is unacceptable in a rental property. Additionally, the trash bags provided appeared to be ripped, and the toilet paper was extremely low quality small details, but they contribute to the overall experience.Overall, there were multiple issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. Future renters should be aware of these concerns.
