A secure gated property with exterior security cameras at front of building, garage parking area, and north side of building. Listen to the birds sing all day long. Fifteen minutes to shopping, restaurants and night life. Twenty minutes to the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. An hour and half to Daytona Beach, Orlando attractions and area airports. We had a great stay and found the location to be very nice. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for use to prepare meals.

Property was just as listed, stayed during Family weekend at UF (much cheaper than hotels in Gainesville that weekend), about 25-30 minutes south of campus, so not too far from everything.

Exc home 2 rent if u love peace n quiet.

The grounds are very nice and well maintained, the Pool area as well.
Furniture and beds are worn and need to be replaced or refurbished.
Outdoor gas grill is a disgrace and should have been replaced long ago. It almost ruined our first dinner.
We had a good stay but would not go back unless improved.
