About this house rental

Situated overseas at the Chiemsee, the holiday home Annelies awaits you with its rustic charm. The two-storey holiday home features a living/dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Furthermore, Wi-fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, as well as a baby bed and a high chair are part of the amenities. The exterior of the house includes a private garden, a large south-facing balcony and a furnished terrace (open) with barbecue. Begin your day here with a cup of coffee and enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony of the Chiemgau Alps. If you want to experience total relaxation, you can use the spa area on the property of the house owner on request; it is 1.3 km (2 minutes by car) away. Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee. The next supermarket is 1.4 km away (3 minutes by car), restaurants can be reached within a short walk of 3 minutes (230 m). We were two couples traveling together and absolutely loved this place. The accommodations were better than expected and the ability to travel around the area made the place just perfect! Ample room for sure. Great restaurants nearby and the host made us feel very comfortable.

The house is a fantastic place to stay in, we especially enjoyed the privacy 2 couples can have in the house with one couple sleeping on the ground floor (with a bathroom) and the other couple sleeping on the first floor (with a bathroom). Then you can join the evenings together in the kitchen, lounge or even better on the balcony with a view of the Alpes. All the rooms in the house are of a good size, the kitchen is very well equipped, you just cannot ask for anything more. We also enjoyed that we were allowed to use the landlords swimming pool which is only 1,2 km away in a lovely location. The village of Uebersee offers everything you need, starting from bakeries, a food supermarket etc. So to summarize, we were very happy with the house and we were well looked after.

Pros: Lage, Platzverhältnisse, Räumlichkeiten Cons: keine Zahnbecher, keine Teekanne , Restmüllentsorgung nicht geregelt, Restmüll mussten wir mitnehmen, da die Mülltonne anderweitig gefüllt wurde. Wir empfehlen für die Müllentsorgung einen Plan für die Abholung und welche Müllbehältnisse für das Fereienhaus zur Verfügung stehen zu erstelen.
