Two-room apartment 1 (Ground Floor - Left) - 2/5 beds - Maximum 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children under the age of 12
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a triple bedroom (double with third bed) and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, the property is completed by a large loggia equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation, overlooking the valley and the sea.

- gas fires; TV; fridge with freezer; wifi
Services outside the apartment:
- exclusive equipped outdoor area; shared outdoor shower; private parking space; sea View; shared washing machine
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children under the age of 12
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- it is not possible to use the Barbeque
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
