Whether you're visiting to play on the water or check out the local wineries, this three-story, four-bedroom getaway is a terrific option for creating everlasting family memories. Step through the front door and make your way to the rear of the home where you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a serene living area that looks out over Keuka Lake.
Downstairs, enjoy the amazing, open family room/game room complete with a kitchenette, comfortable seating area, foosball table, electronic dart board, stand-up arcade game, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.
Outside, grill up a few family favorites on the furnished deck or walk down to the water where you can set off in one of the provided kayaks, cast a line from the dock, or meet up around the firepit as the stars come out. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly escape!

House was very clean and more spacious than it appears. The finished basement was a highlight for the kids! The house has so much storage between the two kitchens and laundry room. Made the storage of food/drink for group of 12 so easy. Location is close to Penn Yan and the outdoors has a variety of great seating areas. The only downside was the steepness of the sloped yard to the lake, a challenge for our 81 year old father. Much steeper than it appears in the photos. Overall, a fabulous spot.

This is the second time my family stayed here. We loved the home and the area the first time. It was great for keeping our boats for fishing and convenient location to the great local wineries. The house is very comfortable and has everything we look for in a stay. Unfortunately, this time we had some issues. The hot tub was not in sanitary condition, the landscaping had a large amount of weeds, there were large amount of flying insects inside the house when we arrived, and some of the outdoor furniture could be in better condition. Overall our stay was enjoyable I just felt we did not get the value we got last year for the condition of the home.
