Erholung pur. Wir waren mit 2 Personen im Haus, optimal. Mit mehr als 2 Personen wärs mir zu eng. Außenbereich ist klasse und wurde gerne und intensiv genutzt. Betten unter der Schräge sind beengt. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet Die Tür zum Gartenhaus klemmt extrem. Haben befürchtet, dass irgendwann die Scheiben unter der Spannung splittern könnten.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem süßen gemütlichen Reetdachhaus mit super Küchenausstattung. Allerdings konnten wir mit unserem Hund die obere Etage gar nicht benutzen, obwohl wir sehr sportlich sind ,ist die Stiege nach oben ,so steil und kleinstufig ,das wir der Meinung sind ,das müsste man vorher sagen. Wir haben also unten auf dem Ausziehsofa geschlafen und dann ist es sehr eng und der Preis dafür ziemlich hoch. Kontaktloses Ein-und Auschecken fanden wir prima. Toilette müsste auch mal gecheckt werden ,verstopft schnell und dann tritt Wasser über die Duschtasse. .. Ebenso war unsere Ankunft und Abreise etwas schwierig im Stockdunkeln. 3 Außenlampen im unteren Bereich ,sowie die Leselampe im Wohnzimmer sind defekt und müssten doch zumindest bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von 170 Euro überprüft werden . Ansonsten war es super - wir waren das 1. Mal auf Sylt.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in hervorragender Lage, wunderschön direkt hinter den Dünen, dicht am Strand in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das Grundstück ist naturbelassen, von der selten befahrenen Straße nicht einzusehen. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ist in den Wohnraum integriert mit kleinem Essplatz für 2 Personen. Der Schlafraum ist leider nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen, de man eigentlich auch nur rückwärts wieder heruntersteigen kann - also nichts für ältere Menschen. Daher war für uns auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich unten vorgesehen. ( es wurde im Wäschepaket auch nur 1 großes Laken bereitgestellt. ) das bedeutet, dass man jeden Tag die Betten irgendwo verstauen müsste. Dafür war aber nichts vorgesehen. Auch müsste man eigentlich die Couch immer wieder zusammenschieben als Sofa am Tag. Die Fußbodenheizung hat den Wohnbereich nach einigen Tagen ausreichend beheizt, leider nicht das Bad. Alles kein Problem für Sommerurlauber, aber im Herbst doch etwas ungemütlich. Durch das Fenster zum Nordwesten hat es reingeregnet. Mein Fazit: tolle Lage, wunderschön Nur für 2 Personen, die auch dieTreppe benutzen können, es sind auch nur für 2 Personen Sitzplätze zum Essen vorhanden Im Sommer gut geeignet, da man auch den Außenbereich nutzen kann Im Herbst weniger geeignet Im Bad wäre ein elektrischer Heizkörper angebracht, der auch die Handtücher trocknen kann Die Stehlampe im Wohnbereich sollte ausgetauscht werden, da der Lampenfuß total verrostet ist. Ebenso eine kleine Tischlampe kann eigentlich nicht mehr verwendet werden, da der Schirm nicht befestigt ist und auf die Glühlampe rutscht.

Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist doch recht steil. Gut, wir haben es gemeistert. Die Lage heben wir ausdrücklich hervor, ruhig, landschaftlich schön, nahe zum Strand. Für den netten und freundlichen Umgang beim Apartment Service bedanken wir uns ebenfalls.

Schlafzimmer im Og.nur über eine sehr steile und schmale Treppe ereichbar. Wir haben es vorgezogen im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen, Gute Gaststätte (Nordkap) in der Nähe. Weg zum Strand nur rd. 200m. Sehr ruhig. Ein Fasan kam bis zum Wohnzimmerfenster. Die Elektroheizung war nicht zu regeln. Die Wohnung war ständig sehr warm.

Schönes Haus, in guter Lage zum Strand :-) Gerne bei später Anreise den Internetcode auch mit dem Schlüssel ausgeben, ist etwas unüblich den erst am kommenden Tag zu bekommen
