About this house rental
This charming, remodeled cabin set in a tree lined lot overlooking the beautiful and serene Echo Lake. The sun sets in front of you while enjoying the view overlooking the crystal clear lake. Enjoy the spacious deck with ample seating for a barbecue with friends, the private dock and 100ft of private beach. This family-friendly lake is perfect for all watersports, swimming and fishing. You'll never want to leave the Echo Lake Escape and the serenity it offers.
As you enter the home you are greeted by the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area complete with a fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4, a vintage dining table with seating for 4 and comfy couches in the living room that are perfect for a movie night. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a convenient laundry room. Next to the living room are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Kids and kids-at-heart love the bunk beds. The second bedroom is the master bedroom suite and is accessed through the ensuite bathroom that has a combo tub/shower. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and two windows that let in tons of natural light.
In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! Make sure you take time to experience downtown Bigfork boasting shops, galleries, restaurants and the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. There are activities for everyone from hiking the Swan River Nature Trail, exploring the Jewel Basin Wilderness Area, fishing the many lakes & rivers or golfing at any of the exceptional courses, including Eagle Bend Golf Course.

We had a wonderful time! House was very well stocked with whatever we needed! We were able to catch a bunch of fish right off the private dock! Lake water was super warm! Overall a great trip!

Beautiful location and very peaceful. Refrigerator seal wasnt good and there is a couple lawn chairs that were broken, but this did not put a damper on our time at your house. My twin 3 year old granddaughters made alot of memories

Location was good however, the home was not clean (ie. food particles in the pots and pans cabinet, knives in sleeves were greasy), and the property was very dated. Although dated is fine... dated and broken is not. So many things were not functioning properly and had to be rigged or adjusted to get them to work.
