About this house rental
This single-story private home has an outstanding sunset view! There's just a 5 minute drive to Bigfork Village and 2 minute drive to the Eagle Bend Golf Club. The Western entrance to Glacier National Park is just 45 minutes away and this home is just a short 25 minute drive from Glacier International Airport.
The well-appointed kitchen is open to the family room and to a quiet reading area at the front of the house. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed, walk-in closet, home office and full bath, which includes a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bath. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The deck is equipped for family-style gatherings. It boasts a propane BBQ, a table that seats 6, as well as a comfortable seating area to enjoy both the view and the wildlife that often pass by.
In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. A selection of books and games are included. The beds are very comfortable. The washer and dryer are convenient for longer stays. Check in and out was easy. The internet worked great. The AC kept us cool on hot days. The view from the patio is amazing.

We were in Bigfork for the week to see our son in the Bigfork Summer Playhouse musicals (highly recommended to visit). We booked the house based on the website reviews.We were NOT disappointed ! When we arrived we found such a beautiful, well appointed, cozy home that sat on a gorgeous and breathtaking lot. The home was spotless and smelled SO pleasant as you enter (we loved the scent). The house had so much room with plenty of areas to sit and relax with plenty of cozy throws to cover up with. House has an open concept where you can talk to people in the living room while cooking breakfast or whatever. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Now for the best part-the deck and the view. My most favorite part. You step out of the living room on to a deck that overlooks a beautiful and peaceful open hilltop pasture with pine trees, rock formations and plenty of wildlife. Each morning a doe and her fawn could be seen right outside the master bedroom window bedding down in the grass. They would slowly start munching grass as I would come out on the deck to drink my morning tea. The house and subdivision are on a hillside that overlooks Flathead Lake. You can see the lake from the deck but if you walk just a few hundred feet from the house in the wooded area you will encountered the rockface where you can see breathtaking uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains beyond. I stayed on the deck most every moment because of the peacefulness and beauty! Thank you for sharing your home!

This place is amazing. It sits close to town in a beautiful quiet neighborhood where we got frequent deer visitors. You can see the lake through the trees and enjoy the coziness of the home. They had a rug in the living room that may have been the best things my feet and felt. It was an amazing place to spend out weekend away.
