The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for four guests and a Smart TV. There are two double bedrooms, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard, and parking is available in the nearby car park. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.3 miles, a river and please note that one small, well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and stairgate are also available on request. 22 Town Place is a fantastic abode from which to explore Ireland. With miles of river fishing nearby and 60,000 acres of lough fishing, it is understandable why Ballinrobe is known as the lake angling capital of the west. The town also has a championship 18-hole golf course and has spring and summer horse racing events. The world-famous Connemara National Park, with its beautiful walks and breathtaking landscapes, provides for a fantastic day trip. For day outings, the stunning Mayo coastline is easily accessible by car.
