The place was decent enough. The beds NEED some upgrading. Very uncomfortable and old mattresses. The area is VERY international - which was fun and made for some interesting dining options. Best part of this place is proximity to train station (5 minute walk or less), and ease of using the Elizabeth Line to and from Heathrow. If you want to stay near London transportation to the city, this is a great place from which to base (though the train fares are outrageous). If you’re looking for a relaxing, cute, and quaint London experience - keep looking. For us, this place ended up serving us very well, even though the mattresses are pretty awful.

We picked this property because it was located walking distance to the train so we could train into London (instead of drive). Although it was fairly clean, it was older than we expected and poorly stocked. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some and the kitchen didn't have enough of anything from cutlery to kitchen utensils etc. There wasn't even enough cutlery and dishes for our family to eat at the same time. Bedding was good, but the beds themselves were not very comfortable or supportive. Overall it was ok and did the trick for our time in London, but compared to all the other places we stayed in the UK it was the least desirable despite being by far the most expensive.
