Parking of vehicles or golf carts on the lawn is strictly prohibited.
Golf carts are not permitted under the porch at any time.
Violations can result in fines and offenders being removed from the property.

We come every year for the sand festival. Each year we end up at a different location. This location was perfect for us nice and quite not to far from the festival. It was accessible by golf cart so we used the cart all weekend. We enjoy having a private home it allows us to cook meals. It was the perfect amount of space we needed for the weekend. To bad the home is for sale we would have loved to stay here again in the future.

Property is very cute and a short walk to the beach. The property sleeps six adults comfortably without using the futon in the living room. I had one issue with property management that was semi resolved.
