Beach Haven is an exclusive, executive-style family retreat in the sought-after Old Point Lonsdale precinct. Privately set and just a two-minute walk to the beach, shops, and local dining, it offers a relaxed coastal escape with everything close at hand. Queenscliff is only five minutes away, and Geelong a short 20-minute drive.
Designed for comfort year-round, the home features air conditioning, hydronic heating, double-glazed windows, and a security system. A sophisticated, Wi-Fi-controlled home theatre setup includes multi-room audio, with speaker systems across the living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. We have been home for a week and I would like to say that we found the home superior in all ways. So clean, quiet, well appointed, kitchen so nice to be in. Relaxing and easy to enjoy. The communication and information for myself was reassuring and accurate. Thank you to all who enabled our lovely time at the beach.

We enjoyed a restoring few days in a beautiful home close to the beach and amenities. The Stayz information supplied on line answered any questions I had. The agency rang before we visited and went over the arrangements with us. It was reassuring. Thank you to the owners for a superior home. We could not have asked for better.

Excellent property, close to beach and shops but still on quiet street. Plenty of room if you want to be by yourself. Two great outdoor areas and house very well designed.
