On the south western coast of Gran Canaria we rent and sell a variety of apartments in Mogán, in the so called “little Venice “ ,at the beach and in the valley of Mogan.
The apartments are highly equipped and appropriate for self-catering and to suit all tastes, because they are all privately owned.
We are proud to say that El Sirocco has been in business since 2000, and has grown from a simple beginning to become one of the largest rental agencies in Mogán.
Puerto de Mogán is an area with a marine tradition which because of its unique setting and natural beauty, has evolved into one of the most beautiful urban settlements of the Canary Islands. The marina, where many international sailing enthusiasts converge, has 225 moorings and is an excellent sailing spot, making the port of Mogán an unforgettable place.
For those interested in culture, a walk thorough the streets of the centre is recommended, to see the church of Saint Anthony (Iglesia de San Antonio), built in The church includes a beautiful wooden carving and statues of Saint Anthony of Padua and the Immaculate Conception.
Gran Canaria has beaches to suit all tastes. From the enormous extension of the Maspalomas dunes to the multitude of bays along the coastline of Mogán. From the lively beach at Las Canteras, to the tiny coves to the north of the island.
Oh, and don’t forget the sun, plus a mild climate and pleasant temperatures all year round, with warm Winters and slightly warmer Summers.

Regardless of the time of year that you choose to visit Gran Canaria, don't be fooled by cool breezes and cloudy days. Make the most of the glorious sunshine but remember to use a high factor sun lotion and apply it regularly. Also, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

The studio had what we needed. The bed was fine. It did a small amount of creaking, but this was not bothersome. The toilet, sink and shower all worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchenette had plenty of cooking/heating devices and plates and cups/glasses. There were various cooking utensils and pans and a kettle. What was missing was cutlery. Not a big deal: bring your own, or buy stuff in the Spar or SuperDino supermarket. It was January, so we didn't try the air-conditioning unit. The patio had a fence around it, a table and 2 chairs, and reasonable privacy. A few minutes walk to the beach, shops and bus station. There is no daily cleaning. If your waste basket and kitchen bin get full, you need to take your garbage to the municipal bins down at the end of the street. The room was very clean when we arrived. At this price point, it's a good place to stay in Puerto de Mogan :)
