Check in was simple. It was clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. It was very convenient to Disneyland. The neighborhood was quiet.

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed - plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Area is noisy and not the safest looking. Parked cars fill the street. Bunk bed listed doesn't exist. Pots & pans are 'non-stick' but are scratched up so badly they should be tossed out. There were 8 forks/spoons provided for 10 people. The "Dining Area" is the counter top & stools, no table/chairs inside. Ants in the kitchen & bathrooms. Lamp on nightstand in bedroom was plugged in without a lightbulb - - dangerous if a child put their finger into it.
On the plus side, close to Disney & good size for a family.
