The condo is very clean and cozy, well furnished with all the basics. That includes light cooking in the kitchenette, which we did to save effort and money (quick eggs, bacon, and coffee in the morning, for example, before packing sandwiches for the beach). Art communicated great and was very kind. One of the pools is heated, and there is a hot-water shower on the ground floor to clean off sand. Laundry is on the floor and takes quarters; we only needed one dry cycle for some wet clothes at night but it was still convenient to have. The walk to the sand/boardwalk was super easy and short, which is a plus with kids in tow. The beds slept great. My only concern was that the sectional in the 2025 picture didn't really allow sleeping (wood frame catches your side/back) but Art said he planned to replace it in the off season. Because there was a queen bed, the three of us were good, though. The building was quiet at night. I've stayed in a variety of rentals in WW and I've seen some that were sketchy, but this place was well-kept and clean. It's a solid choice if you have a small group and want to be close to the water and to have a step up in quality from your average motel. I'm glad we picked it. Thanks!!

LOVED our stay here! Perfect place for our family of three. Easy access to the beach & boardwalk. The place was super clean & stocked with everything that was needed. Art went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend!

The condo waa beautful. It was so perfect for a couple and the proximity to the beach was awesome. Had everything you needed to cook up a quick meal!
