About this house rental
Welcome to the listing for our beautiful family beach house! Our home is perfect for whether you want to relax on our own private beach (right outside our back door), lounge by the pool or on the deck, visit the local village, or explore the local surroundings.
We are just a few minutes away from downtown Westhampton Beach and close to dozens of wineries in the North Fork. We love it here and we hope you do too!
The space:
Location, location, location! This airy modern home is right on one acre of ocean front. If the beach is not for you, the pool, private deck with hammocks and seating areas, sun-drenched living spaces and bedrooms will definitely do the trick!
Guest access:
The first and second floors, the pool & deck areas are wheelchair accessible. Four bedrooms, kitchen, three full bathrooms, two living areas (upstairs and downstairs), and two dining spaces. Generous parking in front.
Other things to note:
Our lovely home does not currently have central air conditioning but we have added brand new A/C units in each of the four bedrooms.

The property was absolutely fabulous with every amenity you could hope for. The location on the beach was truly beautiful with many vantage points to enjoy the view. The host responded quickly and their attention to detail was excellent! The kitchen was really well equipped and the coffee machine and pods were very much enjoyed!! Having the pool as well for the grandchildren was a big plus. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a wonderful holiday!

This is a beautiful beach house with a pool and it is located on a wide and deep sandy beach. Very comfortable home, great location and awesome beach. Owner is also very easy to deal with and highly recommend this beach home.

We spent 4 weeks at Lulu's house, and we loved every minute of it. The house is perfectly located and totally comfortable. Lulu is a great host. We hope to go back one day!

This is a great place to stay. The owners are great too. Home has a bug problem in the bedrooms and kitchen but it is on the beach and understand that is hard to manage at times.
