Nestled on a cozy water view street, this Tropical Rivercation home brings your Hawaii vacation to the gorge-ous PNW. Just steps from Rock Creek Cove connecting to the Columbia River, this location is perfect for water activities such as canoeing, kayaking, SUP, fishing, wake boarding, & kite surfing just in the front yard! Take a 5 minute walk to the Skamania Fairgrounds to see events like The Columbia Gorge Bluegrass Festival, Timber Carnival, and many more activities year round.
This spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests with views of the water from both levels of the house, all furnished island style! The main story of the house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a pull out bed in the couch. Downstairs has 2 queen beds, one twin bed, and one bathroom. There are multiple places to dine inside and outside. Get your vacation fitness on in the gym that includes a stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, versa climber, and a light dumbbell set. Or enjoy natures gym right outside the front door with miles of paved waterfront walking/biking paths. Then relax and unwind in the covered outdoor hot tub!
The entire home, furnished basement, fenced backyard, entire driveway, gym, & hot tub is accessible to guests. There is a detached 4 car garage and detached outbuilding on the property that are not available to guests. tons of parking available. Great for boat/trailer parking.
