Located moments from ORV/snowmobile trails, just down the road from floating adventures on the Manistee River, and a short drive to Traverse City. Your serene Northern Michigan getaway awaits!
Escape to your private waterfront retreat on the serene shores of Crawford Lake! This newly renovated cottage is the perfect peaceful getaway for families, blending modern comforts with classic lakeside charm.
Step inside to find a bright and comfortable space designed for relaxation. The main living area invites you to unwind by the cozy fireplace, while the brand-new screened-in porch offers stunning, bug-free sunset views over the water—ideal for your morning coffee or evening drinks.
The home includes three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed.
Bedroom 2: Full bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a lower full and upper twin.
A pull-out couch in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
Two updated full bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub for guest convenience.
Key amenities for your comfort include:
Central heat and A/C.
Fast WiFi and a shared workspace for remote work.
In-unit washer and dryer.
A smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire cottage, the surrounding property, and our prime lakefront. Your private entrance ensures complete privacy from the moment you arrive.

Waterfront Access: Enjoy our private dock, sun bathing, and a sandy-bottom swimming area perfect for all ages.
Recreational Gear: Explore the area with complimentary use of our kayaks and bikes.
Outdoor Living: Make the most of the private backyard with a charcoal BBQ grill for cookouts and a lakeside fire pit for enjoying spectacular sunsets.
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. We will not be present during your stay but are readily available via phone or the messaging app if you need any assistance or local recommendations.

Seasonal Dock: Please be aware that our private dock is removed during the colder fall and winter months to protect it from ice damage.
Television: The TV is a smart TV equipped with popular streaming apps. You will need to use your own login credentials to access services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Provided for Your Fun: We are happy to provide an indoor gas fireplace, fast WiFi, a charcoal grill, kayaks, bikes, ceiling fans, and a fire pit for your enjoyment.

Great property for family. Interior is roomy and modern. Large lakefront yard for games, picnic meals and campfires by the water. Ideal location for beautiful view of lake from comfortable modern sun room. Friendly neighbors on both sides. Nice lake for fishing and boating fun.

A perfect spot for a getaway! Property is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and centrally located if you want to venture out to Traverse City, Bellaire or Charlevoix. Or just relax by the water and enjoy the birds and the hum of an occasional pontoon tooling by. We loved our week there and would highly recommend and will look to make a return visit!

This was a perfect getaway for our family and dogs. The location is great. The house is comfortable and exactly as pictured. The beds were great. The screened in porch is not heated in the winter but the fireplace is great! It’s a quiet area but also incredibly close to traverse city. We would definitely stay again!
