West Facing Elec Heated Pool, 2024 Tritoon rental, Walk/Bike to Bars&Restaurants

Let me start by saying this house is a true GEM of a find! We have stayed at several VRBOs across the United States, and this was by far the best one yet! Ryan has thought of every detail, and it truly shows. The house was incredibly well organized, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and having YouTube TV was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day on the water.The pool was absolutely AMAZING! Our kids spent hours swimming and had the best time. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog along, which made the vacation even more special.We rented the Tritoon boat during our stay, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Bernie brought the boat right to the dock and was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Martin and Ariane, the property managers, made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.We made so many memories here and watched some beautiful sunsets. We truly can't say enough good things about our experience. If we're ever back in Cape Coral, there is no question—we'll be staying here again! Thanks, Jen & Steve

The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. This was our first time ever using vrbo, and it was an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Host communicated perfectly from booking to end of stay.

This rental home was our favorite of all the years we have been using VRBO for vacations. Everything was spotless and well stocked. It had anything and everything you could need to go out to the beach or stay in the house and relax in the lovely pool. The property management couple was responsive and helpful and even did an in-person check in and check out. If I had to pick one thing that could be improved, it would be the beds. The master bed had a “sink hole” area and the other two beds were overly firm. When we checked out, in person with the property manager, we let him know and he said he would look into getting a new mattress. It was a wonderful response because it was literally the only thing we would change about that experience. If you are looking for a lovely vacation spot, book this house. We plan to come back! We had a fantastic stay at this house! It’s in a quiet cul-de-sac by the canal, which was perfect for our family. The kids loved riding the bikes available. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the washer and dryer were super efficient. The beds were super comfy too! We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
