Lovely quiet little pocket on PI. House is great little beach shack with all the necessary updates. A few areas outside could have been a bit tidier if you’re really fussy; but it didn’t worry us. Great spot for kids with quiet street to ride bikes etc , a short walk to the beach and our dog was happy too.

Great location, easy walk to beach & coffee shop. Nice neighbourhood & beaches for walks. House was tidy, few cobwebs around the place. Linen supplied but make sure you bring your own toiletries including toilet paper. House comfortable with AC in living area. Fan in master bedroom. No items for infants so bring your own Cot / high chair. We had two families staying and having the door between living / bedroom areas ensured quiet at either end. We also enjoyed the two outdoor entertainment areas and fire pit

Reasonably well appointed indoors although the living area is small. The TV is massive which is good but there is only sofa seating for three adults. The beds were comfortable. Property could have been cleaner. The crockery and cutlery was a bit grimy. The kitchen knives were so blunt as to be useless (bring your own). Cookware was basic. Outdoors needs attention badly. Frankly it's a mess. Fencing is not dog proof. There is only one cooling unit in living room. Master bedroom has a ceiling fan. Other bedrooms have nothing. I would not want to stay here in hot weather. The area is fairly peaceful and Silverleaves beach is a close walk but no outdoor shower. There is a huge old pine out the front which is very messy. 6 mins drive to Cowes for shopping. There is a cute little coffee shop at the end of the street (short walk) which has some basic supplies.
