Ocean front in north Garden City Beach, South Carolina ~ Portofino IV. A private home community of 12 houses with an ocean front pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1), landscaped grounds and some of the best views on the east coast. Portofino IV 2024 is a small dog friendly property.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 14 with 1 king bed, 4 queens, 2 sets of bunks and a sofa bed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI, covered porch and private walkway to the beach are only a few amenities that will make your vacation pleasant and memorable. Sorry, no smoking allowed.

We had a fabulous trip. The house was perfect. Only thing I would change is update the pillows and leave a broom so sand can be swept up through the visit.

Pros: This house has an amazing vantage point for sweeping ocean views. The rooms are a great size. Cons: Some of the beds could use replacing as they are saggy and the popcorn ceiling collected a fair bit of dust that needed to be cleaned. The later issue was immediately resolved by the property management team.
