Situated right on the Indian River Intracoastal Waterway with a private dock and access to all of the community amenities. The home is a short 4-minute walk to the beach, and has been newly renovated for a modern, comfortable vacation stay. Great little cottage in a great community. Perfect for our family of 4. Listing just as described, very clean and well equipped with everything one might need. Plenty of activities in the community to keep everyone entertained. Will definitely book here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!!

This was our second time staying in this house. It is very comfortable and in a fantastic location. Short walk to beach and both pools were wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is all new and modern. Will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed our stay so much that we're going to plan to be back. Being able to fish right from the back door was so nice, especially since there were always different types of fish to catch. And having the little grocery store in eyes view was so convenient for bait. Even if we weren't fishing, just being out on the pier was so beautiful, especially at sunset. The view from the kitchen sink made doing dishes so much better. Place had everything we needed, including beach gear. The beach was a quick drive across the street or a 5 minute walk. We met the hosts of this place and they were absolutely friendly and helpful. Would love to return to this place soon!
