Welcome to your Salty Air Retreat in the desirable Rose Garden neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral, Florida!
Enjoy this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private solar-heated pool, fenced-in backyard, open kitchen with breakfast bar, and plenty of space to enjoy meals outdoors in the pool-deck area beneath the lanai.
We provide two adult-sized commuter bicycles for guests to use for getting around this bike-friendly area in Cape Coral. Walking distance to the Westin Resort at Tarpon Point Marina (5 minute bike ride; 10-15 minute walk) where you can find restaurants, shopping, boat rentals, and beautiful sunsets.
The Rose Garden area is perfect for bike rides (2 bikes provided!), runs, or walks through some of the small nature trails/boardwalks and nearby Rotary Park. Set within a quiet neighborhood, you're still just minutes from all that Cape Coral has to offer.
10 minute drive to nearest beach. 5 minute drive to nearest grocery store. 30 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach.
Guests will have access to park in the house's attached garage during their stay.
The expansive master bedroom is located on the right side of the home, featuring a King bed, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate soaking tub. The center of the home features two living spaces, a dining area, and a recently-updated kitchen that opens into one of the living areas over the breakfast bar.
On the left side of the home, you'll find the second bedroom (queen bed) and the "bunk room" (two sets of bunk beds), as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower.
The outdoor area features a solar-heated pool, lush landscaping, a fenced-in backyard, and a gas grill. You will also be able to relax in the poolside loungers, and enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area or at the adorable breakfast bar with a sliding window that opens up to the kitchen inside, all of which is covered and shaded under truss.

This house was incredible for our family. My husband and I plus our 2 and 3 year old boys stayed here with our in laws over Christmas and New Years. Jonathan was SO responsive and incredible as a host. The house had everything we needed - the pool (which was one of the biggest draws for us) was amazing. The screened in lanai was great at keeping the bugs away! We were so grateful for all the work he did to get the house ready for us after the hurricane. It was the best vacation we've ever had!

The home is very cozy and welcoming. The pool very nice and fantastic. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful,clean, and all the amenities for a great stay. Close enough to the beach ,restaurants and stores. And the host was kind and always stayed in contact if we needed anything.

The property is exactly as the pictures show. We ran into the cleaners when we were dropping off our bags and not only were they super kind but they did an amazing job. We’ve stayed in other rentals and this was one of the cleanest. The property was we’ll maintained and bedrooms/bathrooms are conveniently on one level. We enjoyed the pool and heater. We also loved the fact that the refrigerator has a filter saving us from having to contribute to plastic bottle waste. Finally, working directly with the peppery owner was an added benefit. He was very attentive to our needs. We’d recommend booking this property.
