The LARGE three bedroom apartment of brand new construction (June 2013) is characterized by a unique style, with modern and well kept interiors. The apartment is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre. The apartment has a veranda equipped with table and chairs, where you can relax in complete serenity and enjoy your meals in the shade. It also has a spacious and bright living room kitchen, equipped with a 32'' LED TV and sofa with large windows. The kitchenette is complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, as well as two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. This accommodation is recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the chaos of the city, but very close to the center and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa. It is ideal for a beach holiday with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing stay, in a refined residential area and with the comforts of a super equipped apartment. In front of the entrance to the building there is a large public car park.

You must not make noise at night and in the afternoon hours from 14 to 17. Check in: between 16.00 and 20.00 Check out: by 10.00 Damage policy: during the stay, if the traveler or the people staying with him should damage the property, they will be responsible for it. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 200 is required. It will be returned at check out except for any damages caused. The apartment is 350 meters from the bus stop. A short distance away (about 400 meters) is the main square of Marina di Ragusa where you will find bars, restaurants, the bank, the pharmacy and the grocery stores.

Recommended for families and for people who want to stay in a quite area, away from the chaos of the city, but at the same time near the lively centre of the town and the beach. Perfect for holidays at the seaside. This apartment gives you the possibility to spend a few relaxing days in an elegant area, with all the comforts that a well equipped apartment can offer. In front of the entrance of the building there is a large public car park.
Guests will be independent in their apartment and will not share other spaces except the entrance and the staircase to access. They can take advantage of a large free public car park located in front of the structure or they can reserve a garage for 5 per night. We remind you that in our structure there is no lift and you will have to access the accommodation by climbing the stairs.
