We really like this house, right on the beach with views of the ocean from the large living room and dining area. Many porches overlooking ocean and pool, including one that was screened in. I loved sitting there reading while listening to the ocean. A nice cottage feel with decor that was homier than the usual rental decor. Kitchen was well equipped with newer cabinets, appliances and brand new dishwasher. Brand new full set of dishes and silverware.We asked and were told there were no beach chairs or umbrellas but, in fact, there were at least 6 nice beach chairs and 1 umbrella. The rental agency also was unsure how many cars could fit. We fit 3 easily and even a fourth. The only shortcomings were that there was no pantry at all in the kitchen for putting our food. A tall cabinet could fit nicely between the refrigerator and window and solve that problem. The other issue was the faucet in the en-suite bathroom - very hard to adjust! It should be replaced. Also the water was sooo hot one could easily get burned. We really enjoyed the house and our week and would stay there again.

Great property! It was in walking distance to the pier and some restaurants. We loved how the ocean was our front yard and we had the option of a shared pool. The rooms were great sizes and there are plenty of tables for the family to eat. We did not use the TV's but there were plenty.
We had a loose step leading to the beach and a clogged toilet but the management company sent someone out to fix it right away. To note: there are no beach towels or beach chairs/umbrella on site, so make sure you bring some! There is a propane grill which lit but it was very dirty, so we did not use it. Overall, I recommend this property! Thank you

The house was in a great location. Was disappointed in the inside, dirty, roaches, window screen ripped up, upstairs air vents rusy and blk mold, bathroom shower curtain liners grubby and gross!!! We moved the couches to sweep under them because we could see dirt and things under them. Mattresses need replaced. We loved the beach and the pool
