This house offers a heated pool surrounded by a large deck to just sit back and relax. This well-equipped, 8-bedroom private home spreads over 2 levels that are each over 1700 square feet of living and deck space. Share the massive 3400+ square feet with 20 of your favorite people! With 2 full kitchens, there is no excuse. Each of the 8 bedrooms, has its own bathroom, all of which was just remodeled. The house has all new mattresses, bedding, furniture, pot, pans, as well as the bathrooms and kitchens refreshed with granite, tile, and appliances. The entire house underwent a makeover with new flooring and pant.
During the day, head outside to catch some sun or walk the beach with your own sand path to the Atlantic Ocean. Make a family sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach while you watch the waves. In addition to having your own private pool, hot tub, and beach access, you’ll also enjoy the surrounding area. You’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses. All major attractions are within 5-20 minutes of the house .Later, you can head out to a great nearby restaurant for dinner or head back to cook something scrumptious in those terrific kitchens. If grilling is more your speed, we’ve got you covered with a Weber propane grill by the pool. Later, take a romantic stroll on the beach or settle in on one of the comfy sofas with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!

To ensure the smallest of family members have what they need, a pack-n-play, crib sheets, highchair, infant bathing tub, and a few toys are provided.
BEACH EQUIPMENT
To ensure you have everything for the beach, I provide Tommy Bahamas Back-Pack Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, sand anchors, a soft cooler, sand toys, beach towels and a beach wagon to easily carry it to the beach.
TV/STREAMING
The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
PET-FRIENDLY
Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150. This covers up to 2 pets for the duration of the stay. Each additional pet is subject to approval and will cost $75 per pet. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

Our stay was awesome! The house was clean and well appointed. There is direct access to the beach and you have great views of the ocean from the second story deck. The pool and spa were great along with plenty of chairs to sit on. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available so you don’t need to bring your own. We would definitely come back if we have the need for a house this size.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandpiper. The pool was heated optimally when we arrived and everything was clean and well maintained. The location is amazing and the house is very well stocked with items for the beach.The owner/manager was extremely attentive to any communications while we were there and when we had an unexpected maintenance issue, the property manager came over immediately to remedy the problem.I would highly recommend staying at this property. The location was perfect, the house was well maintained, and the owner takes a lot of pride in managing the house. Additionally, the host provided us with a wonderfully comprehensive guide to the area before arrival which helped us navigate the area as this was our first time.

From the very start of our search for our stay in NMB, I came upon this property and Katie. The communication leading up to our time away was excellent. We had two main concerns; a place to stay with our pets and a home that is handicap accessible. We were successful in both needs. We also wanted to stay in the Cherry Grove area, away from the hustle and bustle. Aside from the nasty burrs or whatever they are all over the sidewalks and available grassy areas that get on the dog paws (that Katie can't control!), there was nothing lacking for our vacation. I highly recommend you stay at this property or any other owned/managed by Katie. Truly classy.
