James was extremely kind and his condo was homey. He was good with communication and if I needed anything he helped out a lot. The place was clean and close to everything that I needed. I would def. Stay there again!

We recently sold our home and needed a place to stay for a month until our next purchase, James place has really made us feel comfortable. It was clean, has all the basics we needed for our long stay. Neighbors have been very friendly and communication with James has been over the top, he is pretty quick in responding to any questions we had. If we are back in this area we would for sure love to stay there again.

When we first walked into the unit, it was clear that it had not been cleaned and things needed to be repaired. It’s an older unit, that has been updated. The floor was dirty, the couches, rugs, and chairs were stained, and the bedding had stains and hair. We decided to stay the night in a hotel. The next day, James met us at the unit and addressed our concerns. He went as far as buying new bedding and added bath towels to each bathroom. He cleaned the unit and fixed things such as a towel holder falling out of the dry wall. The dryer vent sticks up so it ruined a few of our clothes that got wrapped around it while drying. Once the property was cleaned…a sheet put over the couch, a rug removed, and the bedding was replaced, we did enjoy our stay. James was available to answer any questions or address any issues that came up. The TVs in the unit are pretty wonderful…there’s one in each room…with lots of watching options…and the beds are very comfortable.
