This beautiful 4 bedroom two story townhome is located in the luxurious gated resort complex of Regal Palms Resort and Spa. With access to all of the amenities located around and within the community center, there is something for everyone. There are weekly themed nights at the club house as well as karaoke and movie nights. Besides all of the playgrounds, there is the beautiful pool and Tiki bar.There is an Irish bar and restaurant on site. There is a resort fee that must be paid upon your arrival that covers your entire group and is a daily rate. It is $22.40 per day.
Only 2 cars are allowed at the property, all extra needs to park in the overflow car park ($10 fee)
The resort is located off the US27 in Davenport, which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. Shopping and dining can be found very close by. This home is ideal for families with kids. Go to the parks all day and come home and relax in the large community pool.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

The unit is a short walk to the pool area. The pool and hot tub get very packed so plan to get there early. There are towels at the pool you can use, but bring your own float for the lazy river. We got ours at a nearby store for half the price than the ones they sell by the pool. The one downside to this unit is that the sun shines bright in the bedrooms early in the morning and the shades don't block the sunlight.

Our stay was wonderful! Property manager came right out when there was an issue with the washer. Only had two complaints. 1.Couldn’t walk around inside barefoot. Feet would be dirty. 2.Television in living room needs better channels. Biggest football weekend and only able to watch in upstairs master.

Our stay was alright. The place was definitely not clean. We got in around 10pm & I spend 1-2 hours cleaning. There were molded fries on the floor near the dinner table, the table itself was filthy and sticky. All the baseboards were covered in dust and a lot of it including the trim work on handrails. Floors were sticky on the main floor & stairs & upstairs there was stuff all over the place & in the corners. The "laundry room" was missing a door so very loud when using. The master bathroom had mold around the window in the shower area & between the tiles. the smoke detector was hanging off of the wall in the master (reported it & not fixed) & the room with the Eiffel tower bedding had a broken light switch that someone could easily cut someone (reported & was fixed) All the bedding was covered in dust and hair so had to strip the beds and rewash them. not something I wanted to do at 11pm. The pool area is nice but you cannot bring any drinks or food from "outside" which makes it an expensive relaxing day at the pool if you want something to drink since it adds up quickly-this was not mentioned in the description and I think its important to know. You get a bracelet that lets you in-if you loose it its 10 and also towel cards for each person that you turn in to get a towel and get back when you return your towel. If you loose it again its 10. we won't stay here again. Place outdated too.
