Pros: House is in a very peaceful, quiet location but within easy walk of grocery shops, center of town and waterfront. Is cool, modern and clean with effective AC. House is within easy walk of Hyper Dino (Grocery Shop) in Plaza Jose Arozeno Paredes where you can buy fresh milk.
There is a beautiful terrace on the roof for lounging on.
House is opposite side of town from main bus station (adjacent il Corte Ingles) where you would arrive if you get the TITSA bus from Tenerife South Airport. It’s a bit of a trek with baggage so I’d recommend a taxi or local bus between the two.

I had problems getting in touch with the owner. VRBO supplied a contact number for the owner, but fact it was with the management company. When I reached out to that number nowhere, I had a hard time getting a hold of the owner. Once I did, he was helpful, although neglected to turn off the alarm before I arrived. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. The location is in a nice residential area and a short walk to parks cafés shopping was lovely. The rooftop outdoor space was a great place to have a cuppa coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
