The Harbor #403 - Brand new Luxury Condo overlooking Madeira Beach Inter-coastal Waterway – 403 Harbor at Town Centre. 0.2 mile walk to the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beaches of Madeira

With water views from the balcony, this brand new, 2 bedroom + 1 den bedroom spacious vacation home is nestled directly over the Inter-Coastal Waterway harbor. Beautifully decorated with beach & coastal new furnishings and art, this 1604 square foot condo, plus large 235 square foot balcony – unit boasts 10 foot ceilings, large open concept kitchen, living room (70’ TV), and dining room.
Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in each bedroom and 2 twin beds in the den, 2 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. Balcony includes 2 Muskoka chairs for watching the sunset, plus 4 seat high-top entertainment table.
Gourmet Kitchen features Granite counter tops, 3 seat bar, fully equipped with stainless steel Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher with additional cooking Ninja Pro Smokeless Foodie with BBQ Grill and Air Fryer and Ninja Blender. Dining table seats 6 comfortably.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Master bedroom features a king sized bed with zero gravity lift, built in USB charging stations on both nightstands, 55” LG Smart TV, walk in closet, and ensuite large master bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in glass shower. This bedroom also features sliding glass door access to the balcony.

Second guest bedroom features a king sized bed + 55” LG Smart TV and USB charging port. This bedroom also features sliding glass door access to the balcony. Den/Guest room #3 features two twin beds. GE front loading washing machine and dryer. All privacy blinds remote controlled in entire condo, and bedroom shades are blackout for maximum sleep comfort. Upgraded secure high speed internet included for those that need to work or for all your streaming needs to watch movies/shows.

Common area pool and spa overlook the harbor. 1.5 mile walk to John’s Pass shops and dining OR take the taxi golf cart rides. Boat rentals, scooter rentals, jet ski rentals in the harbor below, and outside the Cambria Hotel, as well as John’s Pass. 0.2 mile walk to the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beaches of Madeira (Mad Beach) – 180 second walk to dipping your toes in the water. Guests can enjoy our owner’s beach lockers where we have a wagon, chairs, cooler, etc.

EV Chargers: Two electric vehicle charging stations are provided in the secure garage, available on a first come first serve basis. A limited number of visitor spaces are available within the secure parking garage and a FOB is required to access. There is no visitor parking outside, however there are city pay lots a half a block away.

When staying in a SunHost managed unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Will definitely stay there again on future trips. Note: There are two assigned parking spaces on the the second floor of the gated garage. Easy access to the inside hallway and elevators. There are several guess parking spaces on the first floor of the garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is gorgeous! Quiet, no issues with parking, great elevators, key code entry which is great. All the amenities needed (except no pool towels). Nice quiet building. Not sure what the developers were thinking but the entrance to the pool seems to have been a total afterthought....you have to either exit the front of the building and walk arounde, or go across the parking garage to the stairs exit and exit the building on the side, pass by a locked bathroom door (we were not provided with the bathroom lock code# and called Sunhost called us back once they got it). It’s a klugey way to access the pool on a building so nice. Pool was in the shade during our entire visit.The housekeeping team is fabulous, condo was spotless, well supplied in towels and bedding that was hotel quality.Cool to have automatic blinds, until their batteries die and are stuck in up position before bedtime....but Sunhost got the contractor who hung them to stop over and hooked up a charger to the blinds and within maybe 2 hours they were fully charged and working. (I left the charger with instructions in the unit for future guests).I know the folks who work for Sunhost are hard workers and swamped so my suggestion to those that own the company is invest time and money into streamlining and bulletbproofing the process. We were given the wrong entry code so could not enter the unit. Thankfully it happened during business hours, we were out on hold for a brief minute or two and then were given another code to try that worked. Reviews of Sunhost show this has happened before. Most of the women I talked to at Sunhost were very helpful, but Jen was not. She accidentally hung up on me and when I immediately called her back she said she had too much going on and was the only one in the office. So I said that I bet there’s some technology that could improve the process and she told me she probably knew more about technology than I cuz her dad

You spacious and nice . Great amenities, a Tv guide would have been nice did not know how to get basic channels like abc . Lead to believe property was walkable to beach. Public beach access was too long of a walk with beach supplies and infant. Parking was $3 /hr which was an unexpected expense. A car was parked in our condo spot and no was was able to take care of issue. If you don’t mind driving to the beach every day and pay for parking this unit was great.
